Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to multitask across multiple software programs while communicating with patients.

Responsibilities

• Enrolls and activates patients in the menu selection program and resolves issues.
• Input and verify patient diet orders, tube feeding, and allergies in the menu system.
• Provide timely operating reports such as tray tickets and nourishment lists.
• Act as liaison between Food Services and other departments regarding patient meals.
