Responsabilidades

• Visits patients daily to obtain daily meal selections.
• Enters patient selections and preferences in CBORD.
• Organizes tray tickets for meal production and delivery.
• Collaborates with healthcare staff on patient meals and diet orders.
• Educates patients and families on simple nutritional regimes.
• Plans meals for malnourished patients to meet nutrition goals.
• Documents all aspects of patient nutrition care in medical records.
• May train peers and unit support staff.
