• Ability to work in multiple computer systems.
• Experience using EMR.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Aufgaben

• Process diet orders and assist patients with menu selections.

• Ensure compliance to physician diet orders in a high-volume call center environment.
• Serve as liaison between Nursing and Food and Nutrition Services for patient questions and issues.
