Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a per diem Diet Aide at Dallas Regional Medical Center in Dallas, TX. The role entails supporting the dietitian with therapeutic menu approvals and ensuring correct tray temperatures for patients.

The successful candidate will have an AA in Food Science/Nutrition (preferred) and a year of healthcare experience with modified diets (preferred), plus County Food Handlers certification upon hire.

Qualifications

• AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
• One year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
• County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.
