Job summary

Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX, seeks a full-time dietary support professional to assist the dietitian with therapeutic menu approvals and ensure accuracy and proper temperatures of patient trays. Under supervision, you will perform clinical support functions, maintain compliance with county food handling requirements, and contribute to safe, nutritious meals for patients in dayshift operations.

• One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
