Prime Healthcare Services' Dallas Medical Center is seeking a full-time Dietary Aide to support the dietitian by reviewing therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accurate, safe patient trays. The role is a day shift with 8-hour schedules.

Responsibilities include assisting with menu approvals, maintaining proper tray temperatures, and following county-specific food-handling requirements. A feasible candidate typically holds an AA degree in Food Science or Nutrition and has healthcare exposure

Competenze

• AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.
• One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
• County Specific requirement.
• County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
