TravelCenters of America is seeking a level one Technician in Wisconsin to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy duty trucks and trailers. You will join TA Truck Service's nationwide team delivering professional service and keeping travelers on the road.

Join a large network with opportunities for growth. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; basic computer skills and a valid driver's license are essential. ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Dedicated individual who works well with others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior verifiable truck service experience preferred.
• Heavy duty ASE certifications not required, but a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where the expectations of the customer are exceeded.
• Have extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide.
• Diagnose wear conditions and together with TSA or Manager, makes recommendations to customers.
• Complete repairs within their capabilities and as written.
• Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
• Follow safety guidelines and reports potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and/or customers.
