Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Level One Technician for our Truck Service team. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy duty trucks and trailers in a fast-paced setting, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

We value prior truck service experience and basic computer skills, with a valid driver’s license. ASE certifications are a plus. Expect to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a dynamic environment across our nationwide TA network.

Qualifications

• Prior verifiable truck service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose wear conditions and make recommendations to customers.
• Complete repairs within capabilities and defined guidelines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy duty trucks and trailers.
• Provide accurate, efficient service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain knowledge of Truck Service standards and customer programs.
