Job summary

Republic Services, a leader in environmental services, is hiring a Maintenance Technician B to service a single fleet with state-of-the-art equipment. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and non-diesel trucks, including chassis, refuse bodies, braking and HVAC systems, with opportunities for growth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a technician role, ASE T1–T8 is a plus, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diagnose multi-system issues and demonstrate technical expertise.
• Basic understanding of work order labor time standards.
• Experience with maintenance on Class 1-8 trucks or graduating from automotive college/technical school soon.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on chassis, refuse bodies, braking, suspension, steering, and HVAC systems.
• Safely provide road service and return equipment to operation.
• Identify malfunctions using electronic tools and complete company training programs.
