Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking mechanics with tank trailer repair experience for our Phoenix, AZ branch at 4030 W Lower Buckeye Rd. Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing failures and performing repairs on mechanical, electrical, or other tank trailer systems, tank service and repair, and trailer suspension installation and repair.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical or other systems on tank trailers.
• Tank service and repair on trailers.
• Trailers suspension installation and repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures and repair mechanical, electrical or other systems on tank trailers.
• Perform tank service and repair and suspension installation/repair.
• Ensure work aligns with DOT HM183 hazmat standards (as applicable).

We are currently searching for mechanics with tank trailer repair experience!

Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

This position is for our Phoenix, AZ branch at 4030 W Lower Buckeye Rd.

Pay Range: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.

Demonstrated skill in most of the following areas:

• The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer.
• Tank service and repair
• Trailer suspension installation and repair
• Experience with air brake systems and repairs
• TIG aluminum, stainless or carbon welding experience (optional)
• Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards (HM183, hazmat)

Physical Demands:

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• With assistance, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to fit through a tank trailer manhole
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
