After classroom training, you are paired with a Lead Technician for hands-on practice and a full-time job opportunity in your market. Higher pay progression follows as you advance through the program.

Qualifications

• Desire to start a career as a Diesel and Trailer Technician.
• Willingness and ability to study hard.
• Dedicate 5 weeks away from home to be with us.
• Maturity level to focus on the task at hand.
• Technical aptitude and a passion for fixing vehicles.
• Ability to operate iPad.
• Must be 21 to drive one of our trucks.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education is preferred but not required.
• We conduct background checks and pre‑employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Complete 5 weeks paid classroom training; all travel expenses paid.
• Free Technical Education and on‑site training by a Lead Technician.
• Progress to a full‑time Mobile Mechanic in your market.
• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs on customers’ locations.
• Receive real pay rates with a pathway for raises.
