Job summary

You will manage syllabi, labs, and assessments in Canvas, work with adjuncts and the program director, and stay current with industry trends to ensure graduates meet employer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or Industry-Recognized Certificates.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Occasionally required to sit, stand, lift items up to 25 pounds; moderate physical effort.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver syllabi, curriculum, lesson plans, and hands-on lab experiences aligned with industry standards and current technology.
• Establish clear course objectives and competencies; ensure syllabi align with module sign-offs in Northstar.
• Maintain a structured, safe, professional classroom/lab environment prepared daily for instruction.
• Assign and grade coursework in a timely manner; structure courses in Canvas.
• Design, coordinate, and assess work-based learning experiences; bring in industry professionals for specialized instruction.
• Stay current on industry trends and adjust curriculum accordingly.
