Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and ability to work with Penske tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication on gas/diesel vehicles.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and coaching.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
