Ryder System, Inc. in Roseville, MN is hiring a Diesel Technician Trainee. You will be paid while training to become a Ryder Diesel Mechanic Technician in Roseville, MN. No experience is required and on-the-job paid training starts immediately.

Shift is 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, on a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off. Benefits and uniforms provided, tool/boot allowance, and opportunities for bonuses as you progress in the program.

Competenze

• Zero to one year mechanical experience with diesel engines preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• English communication skills required and customer service-oriented.

Mansioni

• Move heavy duty vehicles into or out of yard, wash bay, service shop, or rental shop.
• Perform multi-point inspection on inbound units per policy.
• Maintain fuel island area to Six Sigma standards.
• Attend and complete Technician Training Development Program requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Conoscenze

Zero to 1 year mechanical experience

Basic computer skills

Customer service skills

CDL A (preferred)
