Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Missouri is hiring a Diesel Technician Trainee in Fenton to train and grow into a Ryder Diesel Mechanic Technician. The position offers on-the-job paid training, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with no weekends. Starting pay is $23.33 per hour, plus certification bonuses and quarterly incentives. No experience required, with medical/dental/vision after 30 days and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Zero to one year mechanical experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain CDL within 6 months.
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
• Strong safety and attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy duty vehicles and perform fueling according to safety policies.
• Complete multi-point inspections per policy.
• Maintain fuel island area and basic facility maintenance.
• Participate in Technician Training Development Program requirements.
