Waste Pro USA is seeking a Class A Technician to diagnose and repair complex systems on both heavy and light-duty trucks. This role emphasizes experience with diesel, CNG, and hybrid trucks. The position offers a $5,000 retention bonus and a monthly tool allowance. Successful candidates will be skilled in suspension, brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and will follow safety standards while maintaining a clean work area. Qualifications

• Knowledge of suspension systems and their inspections.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing brake systems.
• Proficient in electrical system diagnostics and repairs.
• Skilled in hydraulic system inspections and repairs.
• Ability to interpret Service Manuals for repairs.
• Knowledge in assisting and guiding less experienced technicians.
• CDL Class B preferred within the first year.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct repairs on all equipment.
• Review and complete repairs noted on inspection reports.
• Communicate with team about vehicle issues and preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area that meets corporate and OSHA standards.
• Use vehicle computer systems to assist in repairs.
