Job summary

Ryder in Neenah, WI is hiring a Mid-Level Diesel Technician on the second shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm). Earn hourly pay of $29.25 plus a range of bonuses and benefits designed to support your career in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or Technical Certification preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience repairing automotive gas/diesel engines plus routine maintenance
• 2+ years of related experience preferred
• CDL Class A required or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Pass drug test, DOT physical, and background checks

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties
• Conduct standard vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools
• Identify root causes and perform repairs as required
• Interact with customers/drivers to clarify the issue
• Adhere to safety and regulatory compliance guidelines
• Support operations and related duties as needed
