Job summary

All Roads Trucks in Baltimore is hiring a Diesel Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Kenworth experience is preferred.

You will service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager, create repair estimates, and maintain records while coordinating with OEM support. The role offers a second shift, production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

All Roads Trucks is hiring a Diesel Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair medium- and heavy-duty trucks. If you like solving problems with your hands and take pride in accurate, efficient work, you’ll make an immediate impact on our team. Kenworth experience is preferred.

Compensation & Schedule

• $22–$45/hour (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Full-time, second shift — Monday–Friday 1:30pm - 10pm
