Job summary

Waste Pro USA is hiring a Class A Technician to support operations in North Georgia. This role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on heavy-duty trucks, including engine and transmission work. Responsibilities include completing repair paperwork, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining work areas. Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, hydraulic components.
• May include welding and fabrication.
• Proficient use of diagnostic tools with ability to interprete service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical problems and performs repairs on all equipment.
• Completes all required paperwork on time.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area following corporate and OSHA standards.

Skills

Knowledge of Suspension Inspections, Diagnosis and Repair

Knowledge of Brake System Inspections, Diagnosis and Repair

Knowledge of Electrical System Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair

Knowledge of Hydraulic System Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair

Proficient in the use of Diagnostic tools

Ability to complete work within Suggested Repair Times (SRTs)

CDL Class B (preferred within 12 months)
