Job summary
Qualifications
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, hydraulic on heavy and light trucks.
- Experience with gasoline, diesel, and CNG systems.
- Commitment to safety policies and OSHA standards.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs and maintenance on equipment to maximize safe and productive operations.
- Communicate with managers/drivers about vehicle issues and preventive techniques.
- Complete required paperwork timely and concisely.
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
- Utilize vehicle computer systems to interpret failure modes for repairs.
