You will guide and collaborate with a team to ensure safe, efficient operation and provide repair guidance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of diesel tech experience, strong diagnostic skills, safety mindset, and the ability to lead a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a certificate program or technical training in mechanics/truck repair preferred.
• 5+ years of professional diesel technician experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform DOT inspections and repairs on company vehicles and machinery.
• Diagnose malfunctions using diagnostic equipment and wiring schematics, perform repairs.
• Test drive to verify repairs and ensure safety and reliability.
