Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in vehicle repair is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive/diesel repair experience preferred.
• Ability to use tools and read instructions; strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must comply with DOT/OSHA safety policies and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs to diesel and gas vehicles.
• Log, research, and complete repairs using Penske tools.
• Assist with tire rotation, lubrication, and cooling system maintenance.
• Learn through Penske technician training programs.
• Collaborate with supervisor on additional tasks.
