Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade/technical cert preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to use tools and read instructions.
• Commitment to safety policies (DOT/OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools to diagnose and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and component lubrication on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training with hands-on coaching.
• Support supervisor with additional projects as needed.
