Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a hands-on Technician in Rothschild, WI to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet. You will log and diagnose issues with Penske tools and pursue ongoing technician training to grow your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools safely.
• Commitment to DOT/OSHA and Penske safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research, and complete repairs including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Take on additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
