Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a skilled Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy while using Penske technologies to diagnose and service systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to learn and comply with Penske safety policies

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and ensuring vehicle safety for customers
• Using Penske tools/tech to log, diagnose and repair vehicles
• Performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs on gas and diesel engines
• Collaborating with management to learn new skills through Penske training
• Handling additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
