Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work outdoors and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Use Penske’s tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Take on additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
