Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to understand safety policies and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Complete minor repairs and diagnostics.
• Log repairs using Penske tools and systems.
• Collaborate with the manager to learn new skills.
