Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a qualified Technician in Medley, FL to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a modern fleet, helping customers stay on the road. You'll work with experienced supervisors, learn Penske's vehicle maintenance processes and use advanced diagnostic tools, while receiving industry-certified training to grow your career in a safety‑driven, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
• 112 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to use tools

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication
• Assist with new skills through Penske training and coaching
• Take on other projects as assigned by supervisor
• Operate safely adhering to Penske safety policies and DOT/OSHA rules
