Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with auto repair interest.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem solving required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Customer service and teamwork skills essential.
• Willingness to learn Penske maintenance processes and safety rules.
• Basic computer skills for logging work and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Log work using Penske tools and diagnose basic vehicle issues.
• Maintain safety standards and quality of repairs.
• Collaborate with supervisor and techs to learn new skills.
• Support other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
