Job summary

Penske is seeking a qualified Technician in Sewell, NJ to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will work with modern tools, learn Penske’s maintenance processes, and log diagnostics with Penske technologies.

Training is provided through Penske’s certification program; advance with on‑the‑job coaching, safety first, and a path toward growth in vehicle maintenance with strong benefits and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Associate must understand Penske safety and maintenance policies and use of tools and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety and reliability for customers.
• Use Penske’s tools to log, diagnose, and complete repairs including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation, lubrication, and minor system repairs.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and coaching.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
