Qualifications

• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and outdoors
• Basic computer skills for shop systems
• DOT/OSHA safety policy compliance
• Regular, predictable attendance essential

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers
• Use Penske tools and log, research, and complete repairs including basic diagnostics
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication
• Learn new skills through Penske training and hands‑on coaching
• Assist on other projects as assigned by supervisor
