C Coffee Cup Travel Plazas TA Express is seeking a skilled Technician II (Experienced) to independently diagnose and repair heavy‑duty trucks and trailers. The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, extensive diesel repair experience, and the ability to work safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in diesel repair, good communication skills, and proficiency with diagnostic equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in diesel repair, heavy-duty truck service, automotive repair, or related shop environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, lube, tire, brake, and general truck service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers using appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
• Independently perform repairs, maintenance, and services within your skill set and established procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance, lube, tire, brake, and other truck service work as qualified.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally.
