Qualifications

• 3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• ASE Certification and/or 608/609 certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske and customer vehicles.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to keep customers on the road.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, and fuel systems.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Log repairs using Penske tools and perform basic diagnostics.
• Learn new skills through Penske training and mentoring.
• Support other projects as assigned by supervisor.
