Qualifications

• 3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification preferred.
• ASE Certification and 608/609 certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to follow DOT, OSHA and Penske safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers with minimal supervision.
• Repair and diagnose engines, transmissions and differentials.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by supervisor.
