Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an experienced Technician II in Odessa, TX to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet. You will diagnose problems, perform road tests, and complete tasks with limited supervision.

You will train with Penske’s technician program, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and customer service while supporting a wide range of OEM equipment. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Formación

• 3 years of practical experience with vehicle maintenance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Specialized training in diagnosing/troubleshooting major components; ASE Certification and 608/609 preferred.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain vehicles and ensure safety for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers with minimal supervision.
• Repair and diagnose engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, and fuel systems.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Utilize Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training.
• Contribute to additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
