The role emphasizes accurate service, adherence to Truck Service Standard Services, and safe work practices. Experience in repair or parts shop is helpful, and a valid driver’s license is required.

• Diagnose wear conditions and, with TSA or Manager, make recommendations to customers.
• Complete repairs within capabilities and as written.
• Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
• Follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations.
