Qualifications

• Experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose wear conditions and make recommendations to customers.
• Complete repairs within their capabilities and as written.
• Follow Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
• Provide accurate, efficient service to troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
