W.W. Williams is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician in West Columbia, SC to troubleshoot, repair and diagnose routine maintenance and emergency services. You will work with a team to ensure all work is performed safely and to the customer’s satisfaction, including handling paperwork and adhering to safety standards.

The role emphasizes 3+ years of diesel repair experience, strong system knowledge, and attention to detail, with opportunities for professional growth and company-provided training.

Qualificações

• 3+ years diesel repair in a heavy truck/fleet dealership or shop environment.
• Strong knowledge of multiple systems (A/C, brake, emission, air) and diagnostics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality repairs and maintenance on Diesel Engines/Heavy Duty Trucks as specified in manufacturer procedures.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork on work orders and inspections.
• Diagnose vehicle failures by disassembling, repairing, and reassembling parts.
• Adhere to Company and industry safety standards.
• Inspect vital parts to ensure proper operating conditions.
• Create a job repair plan based on diagnosis.
