Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Kapolei, HI is hiring a Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet. You'll use Penske's tools and diagnostic equipment, log work, and help keep trucks on the road.

No two days are the same, and you'll be encouraged to learn and grow through certified training programs. You should be mechanically inclined with 1–2 years of repair experience, hold a valid driver's license, and be willing to pass background checks and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Willingness to learn Penske maintenance processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to ensure safety and reliability for customers.
• Use Penske tools and diagnostic equipment to research and complete repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance including tire rotation and lubrication tasks.
