Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive/diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools effectively.
• Demonstrated customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to comply with DOT/OSHA and Penske safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and lubrication on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
