Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; tech certification preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Willingness to learn and work safely per DOT and Penske policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to keep them safe for customers.
• Log and complete repairs using Penske’s tools and tech.
• Perform preventive maintenance, tire rotation, lubrication, and basic electrical work.
• Learn new skills through technician training and coaching.
• Handle other projects as assigned by supervision.
