You will log repairs using Penske tools, conduct basic diagnostics, and learn through hands-on coaching with experienced supervisors. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to work outdoors and as part of a team.
• Must comply with DOT/OSHA safety regulations and Penske policies.
• Willingness to travel for training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Log and complete repairs using Penske tools; perform basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance including tire rotation and lubrication.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training program.
• Contribute to other tasks as directed by supervisor.
