Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Kent, WA is seeking a Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You’ll log and diagnose issues, perform tire rotations, lubrication, and component replacements while learning Penske’s maintenance processes and certification programs.

You will work with experienced supervisors, receive hands-on coaching, and benefit from advanced maintenance technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player and able to work outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske tools and diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine replacements.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Support additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
