Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Technician in Saint Johns, MI to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You\'ll use Penske\'s tools and technologies to diagnose and repair vehicles, with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on role.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication on gas/diesel engines.
• Collaborate with supervisor to learn new skills through Penske training.
• Handle additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
