Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is looking for Diesel Technicians to troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, assist with roadside services, and perform preventative maintenance. You may handle wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components and must be able to move 75+ pounds.

This role includes a rotating day/night schedule and a required DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services.

• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work in varying temperatures.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Possess a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
