Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to diagnose and repair light mechanical issues, assist customers with roadside services, and perform preventive maintenance. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires physical ability to move and lift 75+ pounds, work in various temperatures, and rotate between day and night shifts as needed. DOT medical card may be obtained at Love’s expense.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work in varying temperatures
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure customer safety and satisfaction
• Operate on a rotating day/night schedule as needed
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
