Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues and provide roadside and preventative maintenance services. You will interact with customers and drivers, ensuring safety and satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires moving 75+ pounds, working in varied temperatures, and a rotating day/night schedule with company-paid DOT medical card eligibility.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues such as wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C or engine components.
• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
• Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters; work in various temperatures
• Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per Love's policies
• Work a rotating schedule (day and night) as needed
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's)
