Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to join a fast-paced team. You will troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, assist customers with roadside services, and perform preventative maintenance to keep travel stops operating smoothly.

Positions require lifting 75+ pounds, working in varying temperatures, and a rotating day/night schedule. DOT medical card may be obtained with Love's sponsorship after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
• Ability to work in various temperatures
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love's)
