Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to diagnose and repair diesel-powered equipment in a fast-paced service environment. You will interact with customers and drivers, performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting critical components to keep trucks on the road.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues (wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, engine components)
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Move and lift 75+ pounds, work in close quarters and various temperatures
• Uphold safety policies and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work a rotating day/night schedule as needed
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
