Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues such as wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with drivers and customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services and provide preventative maintenance.
• Perform normal vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics as part of service calls.
• Move, lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters and variable temperatures.
• Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction per Love’s safety policies.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts as needed.
• Possess or obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (DOT) as required (paid by Love’s).
